01 — Capture
Run through it. It's yours.
The map is split into hexagons. Cross one — it turns your color. No buttons. No taps. Just run.
How it works
Capture, hold, steal. The neighborhood does the rest.

02 — Hold
Every zone you own slowly fades. Run back through it to keep it fresh. Freshest zones score the most points. Stale zones barely count.
03 — Steal
Run through an opponent's hex and you start to take it. Keep going — it flips to your color.
AI coach
Keep your earbuds in. Your AI coach calls out what matters — weak zones nearby, rivals closing in, when to push.

FAQ
No. Your phone converts each position into a hexagon identifier in memory, and only those hex IDs are sent to our servers. Raw GPS coordinates are never stored long-term — we keep a short rolling buffer for game processing and purge it every two hours.
You choose. Set the duration when you create the match — typical games run 15 to 45 minutes. Solo Train Mode runs are flexible: play until you've earned the win, or stop whenever.
For a typical 30-minute match, expect battery drain similar to any GPS run-tracking app. We sample sparingly and only while a match is active — close the app when you're done and tracking stops.
No. Run4Fun runs on the phone alone. Earbuds make the AI coach more useful — you can play with your ears instead of staring at the screen — but they're optional, not required.
Any modern Android phone with GPS — Android 9 (Pie) and later. iPhone support is on the way; join the waitlist above to hear when it ships.
